We carry labels you won’t find in stores here, which means there’s a good chance you won’t know the brands either. And that’s a good thing because it means no one here has had the chance to rip them off. Yet.

What. Our offering is simple. An alternative to the mass-produced ‘designer’ shit in your neighbourhood.

When it comes to shopping there a few things better than walking down Bleecker Street, NYC, amercing yourself in the culture and checking out the hottest trends surrounded by the most fashion forward people in the world. Few things better that is, if you don’t mind the 30-hour flight from Down Under to do it. Well lucky for the hip kids on Aussie soil BleeckerSt.com have taken the annoying accents and stinky yellow cabs out of the equation – bringing it to you, right now, wherever you are.

THE TEAM

After growing up in Melbourne and working in fashion design and interactive advertising for some of the biggest names in the game, we packed it all up to make a brand new start of it. New York, New York.

Our Uni degrees and list of Australian accomplishments, turned into blood, sweat and tears (80% tears) at the hands of the Yankees, but then our little town blues melted away and we became a part of it. New York, New York.

We lived the life of the taxi cab hailing, bagel eating, line hopping, coffee guzzling, time poor, paper rich New Yorkers we all love to hate. Our jobs have taken us around the globe from the catwalks of Milan to the dirty, back streets of Hong Kong, right through the very heart of it. New York, New York.

But, eventually we realised something. That young girl with the sparkly shoes was right, there is no place like home. There was just one thing missing. American influenced fashion on our little continent with big potential. So, with the inclusion of Ace the French 'fashionista' Bulldog and a dozen hot labels on board, the idea of BleeckerSt.com is simple: Give Australian guys an alternative and offer the hottest threads from the city that never sleeps.
