SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email and dispatch your goods from our Melbourne warehouse before 5pm the following business day.

BleeckerSt.com charges standard rates for delivery, including everything from oversized parcels to multiple units, so go big!

We use Australia Registered Post for fast shipment and easy tracking.

IMPORTANT: Signature is required upon receipt, so you must supply us with an address where someone will be there to receive the parcel during business hours. Otherwise you may be required to pay the AU$9.00 re-delivery fee.

Please note:

* These delivery times are calculated when purchased before 12:00pm the previous business day.

The International prices quoted are exclusive of Import taxes at country of final destination. As this is based on individual countries regulations, please contact your local customs office for further information.

‘Business Day’ means Monday to Friday, and does not include any public holidays honored in the state of Victoria Australia.

THE SHIPPING PROCESS

Once you place an order a confirmation email including your order number will be sent via email to the supplied address. All goods will be dispatched before the end of the following business day. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, you will be contacted via email at the earliest possible time.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au/track

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We ♥ our Customers at BleeckerSt.com, so If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return or exchange it, please follow these 5 simple steps:

  1. Email us at WhatsWhat@BleeckerSt.com (within 7 days of shipping date) explaining why you are returning the item, and whether you would like an EXCHANGE or RETURN (if you would like an exchange, please provide us with the details of the new item you would like).

  2. We will reply with a ‘Return‘ or ‘Exchange’ Approval Number. (No returns will be accepted without this number)

  3. Return the item (within 14 days) in person to our store 177 Chapel St, Windsor Melbourne OR mail to our Postal Address:

    Please send using a traceable postage method, Australian express post or registered post, and keep note of the tracking number.

  4. It is your responsibility that you pay for the return parcel, and that it arrives to our address, so please send it using a traceable method (express post or registered mail) and keep note of the tracking number. We will not grant any refunds or exchanges for parcels we do not receive.

    Make sure the items are:

    • In original condition

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • Include all original tags attached and packaging

    We have the right to refuse your return or exchange on the basis that these points have not been met.

  5. Once we receive the parcel (and all points above have been met) we will process the exchange or refund by direct debit or Cheque.

Please also note:

If you require an exchange, you will not be charged for shipping out the new item.

You will only be refunded your return shipping cost if the item is faulty or if we have sent you the incorrect item.

Unfortunately there are no refunds or exchanges on Sale items.

All International orders are final. Unfortunately at this stage we can not grant a return or refund on any International orders.

Over the Christmas period we accept items bought between 1st and 24th of December to be returned until the 15th of January the following year.
